Charleston

Imagine a metro area that is just the right mix of city, town, beach, and village.  A place where you get to feel the seasonal changes in weather, but winters are still pretty mild.  A place where the people are friendly, the economy is growing and life is just generally good.  Welcome to our city.  Welcome to Charleston, SC.

Could Charleston really be as good as we say?  We urge you to ask almost anyone that lives here.  Or the thousands of people who wish they did!  Charleston, SC has been ranked as a top 10 place to live, visit, start a business, be single, get married, dine and more by respected publications such as: Travel and Leisure, Forbes, Coastal Living, Men’s Health, Inc, and Outside.  The secret seems out but the charm remains.

Whatever your fancy may be, Charleston has you covered.  Love the beach?  So do most of us!  Charleston has Miles of pristine ocean beaches, which makes finding a private spot a breeze.  And no matter where you are in the area, you’re never more then 30 minutes from the ocean.

How about for the history buffs?  Charleston is one of the original cities in the 13 colonies and is rich with juicy stories and sites of battle, piracy, religion, and more!  The historical sections of the area are painstakingly preserved for historical benefit.  You could spend a lifetime seeing all the historical sites in Charleston.

Like to shop?  Like to dine?  World famous establishments are open and waiting for you.

Economically, Charleston has survived the crunch of the past few years, amazingly well.  With a constantly increasing population, new opportunities for business are endlessly presenting themselves.  And with an extremely friendly business climate, companies like Google, Chrysler, and Boeing have joined smaller software, retail, and manufacturing companies here in the good life.  A highly educated workforce, high quality of life and some of the best tax rates in the country.  What could be better?

Feel free to peruse all of the different areas of Charleston.  Each one has something different to offer in it’s own special way.
