Natures, land and privacy.  That’s Hollywood and Ravenel.  About 30-40 Minutes south of Charleston lies the rural communities of Hollywood and Ravenel.  These small southern towns are like taking a step back in time.  Things move a slower and life is a little simpler.  

There isn’t much shopping or dining in the area but there is plenty of nature.  Homes will have much more land then most areas of Charleston.  

There is one large planned community in the area called Poplar Grove.  It’s a massive, nature-based neighborhood with huge lots and perfect views.
