Island Living with Golf and Tennis.  Seabrook Island is located just South of Kiawah Island and offers a similar lifestyle in that it’s upscale and centered around golf and beaches but Seabrook does have it’s own flavor.  

Prices on Seabrook will be slightly lower then Kiawah and it seems to have a bit more of a natural environment feeling to it.  

There are two ultra high-end golf courses as well as a “club” that provides activities such as tennis, swimming., equestrian, and social events.  

Prices will range from mid $100K’s up to $3 Million and higher.
