First thing is first.  You don’t have to be a registered member to use our award winning search.  Feel free to search at your leisure and find the home of your dreams.

But, only registered users will be able to save listings and customized searches.

Once you’re registered, you’ll have access to a personalized area where you can keep track of your saved listings and searches. You can even choose to have new listings that match your search criteria automatically emailed to you!
 
And don’t worry about privacy.  Simplistate keeps all of our user’s information confidential.  We hate spam too!
